Polite and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with good amenities. Convenient location near SM City Mall. Good price for airport transfer. Pleasant and clean rooms with parking available. Good rooftop pool. Not seedy or populated with sex tourists. Near SM Clark and walking street. Interesting food places, massages, and cafes nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and basic kitchen items. Strong WIFI throughout the hotel.

The location was very convenient for exploring the area, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer any questions. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities such as a fridge and a microwave.
The restaurant offered slow service and inattentive staff, which detracted from the overall experience. the lack of facilities in the kitchen made it difficult to store and prepare food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff here were incredibly polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the option to connect my phone to the TV, allowing me to watch my favorite shows in my local language. The location of this place was also great, being near the SM City Mall. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. The location is convenient, with several good eateries and shopping options located nearby. I appreciated the basic kitchen facilities available in the room. It was also nice to be able to relax in the rooftop pool after a long day.
The restaurant service left something to be desired, as the staff were slow and sometimes inattentive. the cabinets and side tables had some rough finishes.
